Lenz recently coordinated and helped host Point C Health’s annual Broker Summit, a corporate networking and visibility event for nearly 100 Point C team members and guests of partner companies.
This year’s event, which took place May 20-21 in downtown Chicago, represents the third Broker Summit Lenz has spearheaded for Point C in as many years.
Lenz managed all planning and on-site logistics for the Summit, which included contract negotiations with event venues Hotel Zachary, American Airlines Conference Center, and Wrigley Field, invitations distribution, developing Summit itinerary, production of signage and event collateral, securing food and beverage accommodations, addressing audio/visual requirements necessary for meetings, concierge services, and much more.
According to its official website, Point C’s mission is “to support our TPA partners through business process innovations and product solutions that drive value for employers and enhance the member experience.
